Hey, Tony. I know you're just itching to get back and hang with the guys. Billy and I were talking about it on the way to school this morning. He's such a movie freak, and he's anxious for you to get home and be part of the crowd that hangs at the theater. Remind me to tell you - PRIVATELY - the grossest popcorn story ever!! We all miss you - and can't wait to have a big celebration party when you get home.
We were gone away to the mountains for a week and when we came back we read in the Post & Courier the news that the tx had taken place. Praise God! Tony and Family - if you need anything at all, pls. count on us. My 3 yr transplant anniversary is this very week and we've been there! A very tough, long ordeal, but soon it will be an unpleasant memory - but one where your donor's memory never leaves you. You are loved and in many prayers.

Hey, guys. Hope you're back on track ASAP, AMP! It was so exciting to hear that Heather and Kenny were going to visit! Soo glad to read of your progress and see all the new pictures...but....now we have to work on this new bump in the road...hey...maybe no more candy bars for awhile!...a more bland diet and work your way up slowly to the crazy stuff!!! Hi Tony! I am a liver transplant recipient - I received my new liver just about one year ago. Hang in there son - it does get better. I was home 1 week after my transplant, and I am doing so great! No more pain, no more bruises, no more fatigue. I am an RN, and I think part of my quick and amazing recovery was the care I received after my surgery. You are going to an excellent transplant center, and I am sure they will give you great instructions, but let me know if you need any 'insider' tips. God Bless. myturnbeth@optonline.net
